1. How do I create my own face or hair oil?

On the top menu, please select 'Create your product'.  This will take you to a list of oils suitable for your skin or hair. Select one product.  Each listing will have a drop-down menu of ingredients you can choose. You are required to add at least 1 base oil and 3 ingredients to add the product to the cart.

2. I am not sure which ingredient to select.

On the top menu, please select Ingredients List.  It will help you decide which ingredient/s will benefit you the most.

3. Can I create more than one oil?

Yes you can.  After adding one product to the cart, you may select again from the top menu 'Create your product'.

4. The ingredient I want is not on the drop-down list.

The drop-down list includes ingredients suitable for the type of oil you selected (i.e. Acne-prone or dry skin, etc).  If you wish to add or mix other ingredients, please go to the Ingredients List, or click the search button (magnifying glass) on the top right hand of the page. Type the first 3-5 letters of the ingredient to display the selection.  If you are still unable to find the ingredient, please message us on info@mynaturalformula.com.

5. Can I add more than 6 additional ingredients to one product?

Yes you can. Please go to the ingredients list and select the item you want to add. Write your instructions on the text box (ex. add to dry skin oil, etc.). Please note there are dermal limits to essential oils so you can only add 1 for every bottle. Please read the notes on the listing.

6. Will I get instructions with my order?

Yes. Instructions will be provided on the label and on a separate leaflet.

7. I am not sure if I have allergies to the ingredients.

If you suspect you may have allergies to the ingredient/s, please do not add them. There may be alternatives. We also recommend a patch test when the oil/ are first received. Apply a small amount at the back of your cleansed wrist and wait for 24 hours. If you develop symptoms, do not use the oil and consult a doctor.

8. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Please allow upto 7 working days (UK) to create your oil, label, pack and dispatch your order.  We will email you if there are further delays (example: ingredient in transit, post office closure, etc.)

9. How can I pay for my order?

We accept most major credit cards and PayPal.

9. Can I order different oils to be shipped to different addresses?

Yes you can, however, you will need to make the orders separately.

10. Can I order more than one bottle of my own formula oil?

Yes you can. Once you are finished formulating and adding the item in your shopping cart, please go to your shopping cart by clicking the bag icon on the top right hand corner of the page.  Edit the quantities and it will add/reduce the same product you created.

11. Is there a limit to my order?

There is no limit on custom-made oils or ready-made oils.  However, on large orders, please give us some time to prepare, pack, label and dispatch the items. We will get in touch to give you updates. Please also note there are dermal limits to essential oils, kindly read the notes on the listings.

12. Can I send my oil outside the UK?

Yes you can. However, please note there may be restrictions on sending oils to other countries.  There are shipping charges for deliveries outside the UK. The recipient is also responsible for customs duties (if applicable).  

13. Do you have ready-made oils?

Yes we have. Please visit our SHOP page from the top menu.

14. Can you recommend ingredients for me?

Please email us on info@mynaturalformula.com with your skin type and skin concern/s.  Please also include information on allergies so we may be able to recommend ingredients for you.
